The completed Memberhship Renewal Application and payment are due by March 10, 2012.
You will receive a hard copy Renewal Application by mail indicating your current level of membership. Your membership level is also published in the Club Roster. Contact Sandy at ronsanh@aol.com for more help.
Membership Renewal Payment OptionsVIA PAYPAL:
1. Download a fill-in Membership Renewal Application pdf form. Fill it out online, save and rename the form by adding your last name to the file name and then email it to Sandy Holden at ronsanh@aol.com
2. Pay your dues with PayPal by choosing your membership type(s) in the drop down menu below and clicking the Add to Cart button. (This dues schedule includes a PayPal ±3% convenience fee.)
VIA MAIL:
1. Download a Membership Renewal Application form; print a hard copy.
2. Fill out the form and mail it along with a check made out to PWDCNC to the address indicated on the form.There are five types of membership open to all persons who are in good standing with the AKC and who subscribe to the purposes and Bylaws of the Club.
